Targeted transfer of solutions and role models in new applications ensures that we continuously expand our focus, and do not pursue ‘opportunistic’ approaches. Our work with complex supply and service relationships has enabled us to gain a deep insight into the methodology of, for instance, dealing with monopoly situations. This insight we transfer onto related tasks in the public sector (e.g. transport networks, public authority services, medical care).
