What do we do and how do we work?
The work we do on a project is shaped by the variety of challenges which surface during a conversion process. Typical examples are:
- Connection: supplier and service relationships, contractual networking, establishing cooperative and control mechanisms and rules of play.
- Conception: holding concepts, business park models, service concepts and optimisation of service base, value-added partnerships.
- Conversion: conversion of centralised/ decentralised structures, spin-offs, in-/outsourcing, establishing business parks, organisational optimisation, change of management.
We are frequently faced with new, individual challenges not represented in a typical consultancy portfolio, which are of a strongly multilateral character because of the involvement of many parties, functions and competences. In these situations the external support is expected to provide experience and insider know-how of chemical companies, as well as
- combine an understanding of strategy with practice orientation and possess competence for implementation
- combine consulting competence with professional understanding, and
- work closely with the management in an integrative role, as coach or as ‘temporary staff’.
